I am passionate about conscious and unconditional parenting, self-compassion, empowered motherhood, child-led learning and positive birth.

I am a mother to two girls who we have the privilege of home educating, guiding and adventuring through life with.

I am a registered psychologist and trained teacher as well as a certified HypnoBirthing International educator. I combine my knowledge, experience and passion in these areas in my work with mothers and their families.
